Which geographic
feature gave rise to early civilizations and empires in china
VladimirAG [237]

Hey there!

Here is your answer to this question.

Answer : Yellow River.

This river is also known as the 'Huang He' and is the second largest River ever in China.

The river holds a special placement in the History of China and as it is known, it is the birth place of the ancient Chinese civilization.

The earlier civilizations in China grew bigger and bigger around the large rivers which had ensured plenty of the water and the great land.

The civilization of the Egyptians grew bigger as well around the 'Nile River' and the civilization of the Indians grew larger around the 'Indus River'.

Similarly, the great 'Yellow River' gave birth to the earlier civilization of the Chinese people, so that many historians say that the China we know in our present day wouldn't have existed if the 'Yellow River' wasn't there.

I hope this helps you! Please feel free to let me know if you need anymore help on anything you are struggling with! I'll be more than happy to help you out ☺
