-4x - 2y = 4 ⇒ 2y = -4x - 4
2y = -4x - 4 ⇒ <u>2y = -4x - 4</u>
                        <u>4y</u> = <u>8x - 8</u>

               2(2x - 2) = -4x - 4
                   4x - 4 = -4x - 4
