Answer:

That will be (A.) 144

Step-by-step explanation:

It's quite easy

The way I do it is by doing

4 x 36 which will equal 144

If you want to check it than do

144/4  and if it equals to 36 than the equation is true

114/4=36

X=144

Another example is x/5 = 150

Step 1: 5 x 150 = 750

Check: 750/5 = 150

X=750

What is the distance between (-2 1/2, -3) and (1, -3)
Igoryamba

Answer:

D

Step-by-step explanation:

(-2 1/2, -3) = (-5/2 , -3)    &  (1, -3)

Distance=\sqrt{(x_{2}-x_{1})^{2}+(y_{2}-y_{1})^{2}}\\\\ =\sqrt{(1-[\frac{-5}{2}])^{2}+(-3-[-3])^{2}}\\\\ =\sqrt{(1+\frac{5}{2})^{2}+(-3+3)^{2}}\\\\ =\sqrt{(\frac{7}{2})^{2}} \\\\=\frac{7}{2}\\\\=3\frac{1}{2}
