Yes, Bees live in different biomes. Biome is the ecological area where flora and fauna adapts themselves according to the environment or niche they are living in. It was believed that honey bee originally used to live in tropical and densely forest.

However, it has been seen that honey bees are found everywhere i.e., it can live in natural environment and also in our homes. Bees are found in every continent except Antarctica as the climate there is extremely cold and bees will not be able to survive.
