Volume (cone) formula

$V=\frac{1}{3}Ab*h\\ \\Ab=\pi*r^{2}$

$V=\frac{\pi*r^{2}*h}{3}$

$3V=\pi *r^{2}*h\\\\r^{2}=\frac{3V}{\pi*h}$

replace

r² = 3×80π/15π

r² = 240/15

r² = 16

r = √16

r = 4 inches
