Explanation:

A conditioned stimulus is a previously neutral stimulus which was not associated with any memory. However, this neutral stimulus after coming in contact with an unconditional stimulus triggers a response already conditioned in mind.  Hence, vocation at the beach was a previously neutral stimulus which when came into contact with smelling the sunblock stimulus created a conditioned response of relaxing Lowell.
