One of his accomplishments could be the defeat of Hannibal's brother Hasdrubal. This was at the battle of Baecula all the way back in 208 B.C. and within the next year was able to convince the local people of spain to pledge their allegiance to Rome.
In the battle of Zama he was able to defeat Hannibal through a funny turn of events. The Romans sounded horns that scared the Carthaginian elephants causing them to trample the troops.
I don't really have a third one off the top of my head but you could look up his military accomplishments since that is what he was known for. He was known for superior military abilities.

HELP ME PLEASE.
Daniel [21]

Answer:

The correct answer is D. All of the choices are correct.

Explanation:

The Third Republic was the political system introduced in France after the fall of Napoleon III in 1870, which lasted until World War II and the creation of the Vichy government under Philippe Petain on July 10th, 1940.

The Third Republic was a republican parliamentary democracy, but its creation was marked by great disagreement between proponents of the monarchy and the republic. Political life under the Third Republic was marked by weak coalitions and frequent changes of government. Moreover, it was marked by the Dreyfus affair, which created deep divisions in political circles.

What new medical crisis was discovered in 1981 , i think its aids lmaao but i wana make sure
VLD [36.1K]

Answer: AIDS was discovered in 1981.

Explanation:

AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) is a disease characterized by the loss of body's immunity, which increases the chances for infection and malignancy. It is caused by HIV (human immunodeficiency virus).

Although HIV had existed in the United States during 1970s and originated years earlier, it was in the early 1980s that the disease came to the public's attention.

In 1981, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (leading public health institute of the United States) reported that five homosexual men became infected with Pneumocystis pneumonia, which usually affects people with compromised immune systems. In 1982, The New York Times published a text regarding the new immune system disorder, of which 136 people had died.
