eed a lawyer,” his mother had said. “Just tell the truth.” Stanley told the truth, but perhaps it would have been better if he had lied a little. He could have said he found the shoes in the street. No one believed they fell from the sky.

but sadly for little stanley The shoes were stolen and were thrown over an ledge and landed near him an the police/peace keepers found him with the shoes and assumed he was working with the kid who stole them and was framed
He would benefit from seeing a live performance because he could then see experienced actors play out the emotions, therefore giving him a more in-depth look on the feelings. This would make his essay much more fleshed out and analytical.
