Operant conditioning is reinforcement, classical conditioning relies more on association between stimuli and responses. A second distinction is that much of operant conditioning is based on voluntary behavior, while classical conditioning often involves involuntary reflexive behavior.

!!!!!!PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
seropon [69]

Answer:

D) Confine distracting activities to a set time in your schedule.

Explanation:

If you were to confine any distracting activities to a set time in your schedule, you would not be tempted to do them. In a sense, you will be able to focus as you can finish your work that you have to do first. For example, if you wanted to game but you had an important essay due today, you would have this urge to just procrastinate just for a bit, which would lead to you losing track of time and possibly failing the essay. However, if you were to schedule some time to play the games specifically, you would feel much less temptation to get distracted as you would be able to do something you enjoy after you finished what you had to do.

Hope this helped, even though it probably didn't lol :P
