Answer: Othello thought that Cassio is talking about Desdemona.

Explanation:

In Othello, Iago pretends to be Othello's friend, but plots against him. Iago is angry at him because Othello passed him over for a promotion with Cassio. Iago's plan is to make Othello think that Desdemona is unfaithful to him with Cassio, and thus destroy both his love life and his friendship with Cassio.

In Act IV, Scene I, Iago decides to put this plan into action. He reveals to the audience that he will talk to Cassio about his relationship with Bianca, so that Othello thinks that they are talking about Desdemona. He succeeds in this plan - Othello overhears their conversation and believes what he hears.

Why does the author most likely use the word abundant
over the word "adequate"?
marusya05 [52]

Answer:

The word abundant fits the context better.

Explanation:

Abundant means more than enough so in the context it means you have more than you need of something. While adequate means decent or satisfactory. Abundant may be referring to someone doing more than what you asked of them, adequate would be doing the bare minimum.

Hope I helped ❤

In no fewer than three sentences, critique the following paragraph. Explain where it could be improved. Then, in your own words,
fomenos
I think this paragraph is wrong because it says so many times snow i would changes that and also i will change a few adjectives. The most wrong part is that the paragraph use so many points instead of comas so my passage will be: Playing in the snow was one of my favorites things to do on my childhood, The winter give us more time to have fun. There's so many fun things to do on winter, but so many people find it annoying, Most of the people just want to stay on their home instead of go outside and play with the snow, I'm happy to grew and play with snow
