You can share a 6 segment chewy fruit worm by giving the four people 1 ¼ segments. Also, there are a lot ways on how to divide it equally, but in this case, I’ll show two. Here are the two ways on how to share it:

1. You can divide the worm by giving one segment for each and then divide the remaining two segments in halves, thus resulting to having 1 ¼ shares.
2. Cut the worm in a horizontal manner. In this way, you'll have 12 segments now. You can then proceed by distributing the share by 3s, which is still equivalent to 1 ¼.

The question is missing the image given to go along with it, corresponding to the map being created. The image is attached to this answer.

The side angle side (SAS) similarity theorem states that two triangles with congruent angles and sides with identical ratios then the two triangles are similar. We have various points on the map, Home (H), Park (P), Friends house (F) and Grocery store (G).

In this example, we know the angle at the point Home on the map, is shared between the two triangles. If these two triangles are similar, then the ratio of the distances HF/HG = HP/HB. We know all of these values except for the HB which is the distance from home to the bus stop. But if these triangles are similar, we can solve for that distance.

15/9 = 10/HB
HB = 90/15
HB = 6 blocks.

To determine if the triangles are similar we need to know the distance from home to the bus stop, and if these are indeed similar, that distance must be 6 blocks.

Which equation is y = â€""6x2 3x 2 rewritten in vertex form?.
Ber [7]

The vertex form needed is :

-6(x-0.25)^2 +2.375

Given the equation:

-6x^2 + 3x + 2\\

The vertex form of f(x) = ax^2 + b(x) + c is given by:

f(x) = a(x-h)^2 + k

Here, (h,k) is the vertex of the parabola equation given.

Conversion will go like this:

-6x^2 + 3x + 2\\= -6(x^2 - 0.5x) + 2\\= -6(x^2 -0.5x + 0.0625 - 0.0625) + 2\\= -6(x^2 -0.5x + 0.0625) + 2 +0.375\\= -6(x-0.25)^2 + 2.375\\\\

This is the resultant vertex form.

Thus the vertex form needed is :

-6(x-0.25)^2 +2.375

A 5-column table has 4 rows. The first column has entries A, B, C, Total. The second column is labeled X with entries 45, 20, 25
Setler [38]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

To see if two events are independent you can use the formula P(a|b) = P(a)

In this problem P(C|Y) = 35/75 = .4667 and P(C) = 110/300 = 3.667,

therefore C and Y are not independent events because P(C∣Y) ≠ P(C).

The answer is choice D
