Debates on R<u>ight to Equality</u> often spring up when it comes to such programs.

Explanation:

The issues with Affirmative Action come from its <u>inability to help the people who really need it but are too poor</u> to even have the resources to be in a position to use it while p<u>eople who benefit from it sometimes do not need it</u> or have a  generation that used affirmative action and no longer needs it.

T<u>he court uses background checks and aptitude t</u>ests for the same which does not entirely make sense. <u>Instead a measure of disadvantages</u> in <u>resources </u>can be calculated to give a better picture.
