Answer:

Sexually Transmitted Diseases

Explanation:

Sexually Transmitted Diseases (or STDs) are diseases that are transmitted through sexual intercourse. The risk of contracting such diseases, is a factor that influences a person's ability to not have sex.

While some STDs are treatable and curable, there are others that do not have a treatment, such as HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, and herpes.

All these STDs are transmitted through sexual intercourse, and are not treatable.

State

After doing some research (as I am taking the OSHA Workplace Violence Assessment right now- XD) I found this:

Additionally, if your state imposes standards on workplace safety issues that OSHA's federal standards do not, you will need to comply with those state standards to avoid state enforcement action.

http://info.ergoscience.com/employer-blog/but-they-said...-who-says-what-your-osha-requirements-are

The answer should be State. Since OSHA isn't a national requirement, the state has more power. 22 States are OSHA-approved, but that doesn't mean it's required. Therefore, the answer should be state.

lianna [129]

Each little piece of a living thing, known as a cell, has DNA in it. In humans each of these cells have 2 copies of the DNA, but in strawberries each of these have 8 copies of the DNA (scientists call this octoploid). That means strawberries have 4 times as many copies of DNA as humans, making it 4 times easier to see!
