There are few differences which makes differ archea from bacteria. Archea consist of three RNA but Bacteria consist of Single RNA

Archaea and Bacteria are kind of Micro Organism. It comes under the category of prokaryotes. But there are some bacteria and archaea are not come under the prokaryotes. The production process of archaea and bacteria is different.

The reproduction and growth happen in archaea happen through adding process, fragmentation and binary fusion.   In other side bacteria produces spore for their production and growth
