Ok so I am guessing what did it do. The thirteenth amendment abolished slavery in the United States and it provided Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude except for a punishment or crime.

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

In 1950, the People´s Liberation Army entered Tibet and established Chinese control again. Since then, it is considered a province of the People´s Republic of China. Tibet enjoys a rich and old culture that is clearly different from Han culture. It was a territorial gain of the Qing dynasty, the last  dynasty, it isn´t an ancient Chinese territory.

The Ghana experience teaches us that economic and political systems and economic growth are related together. If any of the pillar falls, then other two pillars also cannot stand on its own and they two will also fall eventually.</span>
