The assumptions made are: The gas molecules from Caesar's last breath are now evenly dispersed in the atmosphere. The atmosphere
Dovator [93]

Answer:

2.6\times 10^{19}m^{3}

Step-by-step explanation:

we have given thickness of atmosphere =50 km

radius of earth =6400 km

average temperature of atmosphere=15°C

Average pressure of atmosphere= 0.20 atm

we have to calculate the volume of atmosphere

so the we have to calculate the volume of atmosphere = ( volume of earth +atmosphere) - volume of earth

volume of atmosphere =\frac{4}{3}\times\pi \times \left ( 6400+50 \right )^{3}-\frac{4}{3}\times \pi\times 6400^3

=2.6\times 10^{19}m^{3}

Suppose the tree diagram below represents all the students in a high school and that one of these students were chosen at random
andrey2020 [161]
The question is: If the student is known to be the girl (300 girls) what is the probability of being right handed.

We know that there are 300 girls, and that out of those 300, there are 250 girls right handed.

Divide 250 with 300

250/300 = 0.83333, or 83.33%

0.83333, or 83.33% is your answer

hope this helps

What is the answer to this?
Yanka [14]
DEF= 6 ft^2

A= 1/2*b*h

Plug in what you know.

6= 1/2*4*h

Multiply like terms.

6=2*h

Divide 2 on both sides.

3=h

If the base of ABC= 12

12/4=3

3*3=9

A= 1/2*b*h
A= 1/2*12*9
A= 1/2*84
A= 42

The area of ABC is 42 ft^2

I hope this helps!

How did I lose 5 points?
PolarNik [594]

x + 4 = 3x - 8, is assuming D is the midpoint, and therefore ED = DB.

all we know is that D is <u>somewhere</u> in EB.

\bf E\stackrel{x+4}{\rule[0.35em]{17em}{0.25pt}}D\stackrel{3x-8}{\rule[0.35em]{10em}{0.25pt}}B&#10;\\\\\\&#10;EB=ED+DB\implies EB=(x+4)+(3x-8)\implies EB=4x-4
