<span>In order to keep yourself at bay from communicable diseases, you should wash your hands ofter. This minimizes the chances of taking the infectious bacteria, inside your system, from your hands. People shake hands, touch various items, which may be contaminated. washing hands will reduce the chances of being infected from those microbes. </span>
