A speech is perfectly delivered when the audience were able to understand all aspect of it. The audience are the listeners who with rapt attention concentrate on what the speaker is saying. To achieve the rapt attention of the audience, the speech must not be disjointed. It must have a good rhythm and each points flowing easily into the next with good connection.

Generally, when a speaker delivers a speech, he/she wish that the audience would listen and concentrate on the message. Thus to have an effective speech,  a speaker must look for a means to carry her audience along and not to be lost along the way.
