Well, first off, they know what to do when it comes to danger. We don't all always know what to do in that situation. Like, for example, a bear. If you see a bear, normally a person would run (fight, flight, or freeze) or we would do whatever comes to instinct, right? No, don't do that. You need to stand your ground and DO NOT MAKE EYE CONTACT OR YOU WILL FIGHT FOR YOUR LIFE. You need to face the bear, look directly at it, make yourself look the biggest you possibly can and use any available weapon: hiking stick, knife, bear spray, etc. A scout would know all of this in a heartbeat. I would know because I used to be a girl scout.
Hope this helps!
There are many people without a citizenship. Some are single cases (people who renounced their relationship but did not get any other relationships), but some are bigger groups, for example:
- the non-Citizens of Latvia - they are mostly Russians who emigrated to Latvia when Latvia was under the Soviet occupation and when Latvia got the independence back, those people had to prove knowledge of Latvian to receive the citizenship - those that didn't, didn't get it.
-Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar - while they have lived there for generations, they were once refugees and never obtained the citizenship.
It should be noted that an example of a truth that was restored through Prophet Joseph Smith was baptism.
Baptism simply means the first saving ordinance of the gospel. Through Prophet Joseph Smith, it was stated that God was able to restore the authority of the priesthood.
It should be noted that the priesthood keys that were important to perform all ordinances necessary for eternal life were also restored.
