The US attempting to keep Communism from spreading rather than attempting to eliminate existing Communist governments is an exam
Alex777 [14]
This is describing the "containment" policy. This concept was developed by the US government to stop the spread of communism. Ultimately, the US followed this policy by aiding countries that were close to the Soviet Union.

A perfect example of this would be the Truman Doctrine. This law helped to give $400 million of financial aid to Greece and Turkey. These two countries were close to the Soviet Union and were possible targets where communism could spread.

The mass media is sometimes referred to as the "fourth branch of the government" since it has a significant influence on the legislative, judicial, and executive branches of the government. Do you think that BTS should serve in the South Korean military? Why or why not?
satela [25.4K]

I'm going to answer this as someone who doesn't like k-pop, and doesn't really care about BTS. (Thus giving you an unbiased view)

No. I do not not thing they should serve in the millitary. Not because they are famous or anything. I think that if they do not want to serve in the millitary, they should not have to. I do not think anyone anywhere should be forced or required by law to be in the millitary.
