Which of the following is a trait shared by all public goods?
Nadusha1986 [10]

Answer:

The correct answer would be, The most important trait of public goods is that they are non exclude-able and nonrivalrous.

Explanation:

Public goods are the goods that are provided by the government of a country for the general public of that country and each and every person of the country can use those goods. The most common examples of public goods are rides in parks, benches, shades of trees, public washrooms, public recreational parks, etc.

The public goods are non exclude-able and nonrivalrous because no one can be excluded from using these goods and the use of these goods by one cannot reduce the availability of it for the others.

Do you think the U.S. could have avoided the Civil War, or do you think it was inevitable / unavoidable? Please explain your ans
CaHeK987 [17]

Answer:

I believe it was not possible to avoid the civil war. If it was avoidable, the north and south would have split into two different countries. Since the two are right next to each other, there would have been constant clashes and disagreements. The southern white would have not cooperate with the north to negotiate giving any slaves rights. As I said, war could have been pushed aside, back ultimately come back as the heat between the north and south would be much greater, creating a much more bloodier of a war than it was originally.
