Answer:

False

Explanation:

Mutation in single gene causes monogenic mutations. These genetic changes are passed to the progeny. the mutations can also happen on its own. Gene mutation causes affects pancreas and lowers its ability to make insulin.

The causes of type one diabetes are still unknown but several risk factors that cause it has been identified. The risk of getting type One diabetes increases with certain gene variants such as HLA-DQ1, HLA-DRB1 and HLA-DQB1. These genes are responsible for providing instruction to protein that play a vital role in immune system.

The war of 1812 was a complete failure for the side of the united states as they did not achieve there goal of gaining land of the french and british settlers of what will later become "Canada" and had their capital building set on fire in the process. there was no major loss of life for either side, as it was an older war, before the common fighting styles.
all in all, it was not a success for any side.

Give examples of house the expansion and centralization lead to resistance from groups on a local level
faust18 [17]

Answer and Explanation:

Expansion and centralization encourages disadvantaged groups to come together and resist State attempts to promote new policies to these groups. These groups, feeling devalued and threatened by centralization and expansion, whether at the social, political or economic level, they feel that they need to defend themselves in their local environments. Several examples of this can be cited as the Cossack revolt, the Pueblo revolt and the resistance of the Brazilian quilombola communities.
