Thus

Cost\ of\ one\ piece\ candy = \frac{2.10}{3}

Cost of one piece candy = 0.7

Cost for four pieces candy = 0.7 × 4

                                             = $2.8

Therefore the Cost for four pieces candy be $2.8 .
