Answer:

entry into a total institution

Explanation:

Resocialization is the process when former beliefs, attitudes of an individual are destroyed to reshape him.

Resocialization occurs mainly in total institutions, like prisons or military camps where people's personalities are manipulated in artificial settings so they can produce "new individuals".

The key of total institutions is that they will separate the subjects from the rest of society, and new values will be learned as part of norms of that institution and the person will change to function to the demands of that norms with attitudes and skills that were unknown to them.

The changing of personality will often employ rewards and punishments.

In the end, individuals will often turn unable to take decisions by themselves, and will most likely never be fit again fot the life outside the total institution with the rest of society.

In Jessica's case, but not Allen's, the money supply decreases.

Jessica completed the task of withdrawing funds from the bank, through borrowing. Allen made a monetary deposit adding to the bank's availability of funds. These funds are often borrowed by other patrons in who borrow money from the bank-as Jessica did.

to what extent did former slaves experience political, social, and economic freedom during reconstruction? essay
Dominik [7]
The Reconstruction era is always a challenge to teach. First, it was a period of tremendous political complexity and far-reaching consequences. A cursory survey of Reconstruction is never satisfying, but a fuller treatment of Reconstruction can be like quick sand—easy to get into but impossible to get out of. Second, to the extent that students may have any preconceptions about Reconstruction, they are often an obstacle to a deeper understanding of the period. Given these challenges, I have gradually settled on an approach to the period that avoids much of the complex chronology of the era and instead focuses on the “big questions” of Reconstruction.

However important a command of the chronology of Reconstruction may be, it is equally important that students understand that Reconstruction was a period when American waged a sustained debate over who was an American, what rights should all Americans enjoy, and what rights would only some Americans possess. In short, Americans engaged in a strenuous debate about the nature of freedom and equality.

With the surrender of Confederate armies and the capture of Jefferson Davis in the spring of 1865, pressing questions demanded immediate answers.
