James Madison who is known for his federalist efforts to have a strong federal system under the direction of the United States spoke over the factions prevalent in the society. He said that unequal distribution of the property resulted in the two sections of rich and poor and to protect the society as a whole to limit the negative consequences of factions the system of the government should be made strong.
