Edward P. McCabe (October 10, 1850 – March 12, 1920), also known as Edwin P. McCabe, was an African-American settler, attorney, and land agent who became one of the first African Americans to hold a major political office in the American Old West.

This is because Hinduism was highly associated with the Caste System which was a social structure which India adhered to prior to its abolition. It states that the higher your caste, the more likely you are to be able to achieve moksha. If you are in a lower caste, it is because you recieved bad karma in your previous life.

The main actors in the transmission of the message were tracked, followed  and then authenticated. The British intercepted the message on the British and American transmission lines as a coded message. They partially decoded it and understood the ramification and assumed the next level of transmission would require some kind of commercial carrier in Mexico. They tracked this down and conveyed all related information to the Americans who were inflamed and began their participation in WWI.
