While working out in the summer in a non-air conditioned place isn unhealthy and not safe. Doing this can lead to a stroke or heart attack. If it is already hot and you are adding on heat, that overwhelms the body. This action should not be done while exercising. Make sure you have a cool temperature building and are drinking lots of water.

A moaning type of sound can also be made by snoring. But the primary sound of snoring occurs when you inhale. Groaning occurs when you exhale. Some people can make a harsh, shrill, creaking sound when they breathe
