Mindy had five test last month, Her scores were 95,86,78,80, and 91. What is the range of her scores
Naddika [18.5K]

The range of her scores is 17.

<em><u>Explanation</u></em>

Mindy's scores in five tests are:   95, 86, 78, 80, 91

First, rearranging the data in numerical order, we will get ........

78, 80, 86, 91, 95

<u>'Range' is the difference between the highest and lowest values</u>.

In the above data set, highest value is 95 and lowest value is 78

So, the range of her scores will be:  95-78= 17

What is 75% of 35 feet?
AleksandrR [38]

Answer:

26.25 feet

Step-by-step explanation:

A percentage is simply a ratio of the whole.  If we assume 35 feet to be 100%, or the whole, then we can say the following:

0.75 * 35 == 26.25

Hence, 75% of 35 feet is 26.25 feet.

Cheers.

Using the slope and the y-intercept, graph the line represented by the following equation. Then select the correct graph. 2y + 4
Vedmedyk [2.9K]
Hello there!

2y + 4 = 0

2y = -4

y = -2

My assumption is that you'd graph this as a horizontal line at (0,-2) but PLEASE double check with your teacher/instructor because I'm not sure if I'm right.

Hope this helped!

Can someone help me write an equation in slope intercept form and then find the slope and Y intercepts for 3x-9y=27. (Only comme
GaryK [48]
The slope-intercept form:
y=mx+b
m - the slope
b - the y-intercept

3x-9y=27 \ \ \ |-3x \\&#10;-9y=-3x+27 \ \ \ |\div (-9) \\&#10;\boxed{y=\frac{1}{3}x-3} \\ \\&#10;\\ \hbox{the slope - } \boxed{m=\frac{1}{3}} \\&#10;\hbox{the y-intercept - } \boxed{b=-3}
