Honestly lifting a light barbell would be too east, I mean it's a good way to start off.Lifting a heavy barbell once wouldn't do anything good, it's just once.Completing one full push-ups wouldn't be good either one isn't enough.<u><em>Completing one set of push-ups would be the best answer because, it's not just one push up it's multiple.</em></u>

I don't fully understand your question but what i assume you are trying to ask is WHY her mucus is part of the chain of transmission.

JoAnn's mucus still contains active cultures of the cold virus that is affecting JoAnn. thus her mucus would be able to transmit the virus to others.
