I think the question is kind of vague just because what do you mean by healthiest. There are many nutrition facts that could be compared and they might be healthy in different ways. For example, Fruits might have more sugar than vegetables but that doesn't mean it, isn't healthy. The student would need to compare things like calories, fat, sugar, cholesterol, sodium, protein, vitamin, and other nutrients. After comparing those nutrition facts from the label then they would be able to come to a conclusion of what of the four food choices would be considered the most "healthiest".
