This sentence is True, language does shape the culture and culture shapes the language as well. The hypothesis here is that knowing itself is also influenced by language. Some very basic ways of relating with the world around us variates depending on what language you speak. For example, it's been proven that people who speak more than one language think differently as they adjust between languages. The languages we speak not only replicate our thoughts, but also form the very thoughts we want to express. The structures that exist in our languages intensely shape how we perceive reality.

Risk factors are characteristics that show a high probability of problem formation, persistence, or worsening, whereas protective factors are characteristics that seem to regulate or lessen the effects of risk.

In contract law, undue influence differs from duress in that duress includes ______.
Mkey [24]

In contract law, undue influence differs from duress in that duress includes improper threat which is missing in undue influence. Duress is the use of any kind of threat, force or psychological pressure in order to dominate someone and make him take decisions against his will. The two principal categories of duress are physical and economic duress.

Physical duress is when one party uses a threat of bodily harm or death to make another party agree to a certain contract. Physical duress can be inflicted on individuals as well as goods. Economic duress is when any type of economic pressure is used by a party to force the other party to enter into an illegal contract which they would not have agreed to otherwise.
