"Socialism with a face" introduced by Alexander Dubcek gave the people of Czechoslovakia a sense of new freedom.

 He eased up on the country's strict policy in regards to connection with other countries, freedom of speech, and the control of the media.
This create a country that operate on free expression which never seen before by socialist government under communistic parties
