Matt will be different because he is basically free handing it and everyone has human errors. but since she is using the technology she shouldn't mess up.

Answer:

Matt is using the compass and straightedge to construct parallel lines. This means he is manually working on it, so few errors are possible.

His steps will be more complicated than Annie as she is using a pre designed program or technology that will give more precise and accurate results.

Moreover, Annie's work will be easy as compared to Matt.

A music producer is making a list of vocalists needed to record an album. For each day of recording, a different number of vocal
Pani-rosa [81]

Answer:

6,138

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the following:

Vocalist needed :

First day (a) = 6

For subsequent days : number doubles

Using the relation. :

Sn = a(r^n -1)/(r -1)

Where a = first term = 6

r = common ratio = r3/r2 = r4/r3

Since number doubles after each consecutive day, then ; r = 2, n = 10

Sn = 6(2^10 -1)/(2 -1)

Sn = 6(1024 - 1) / 1

Sn = 6144 - 6

Sn = 6138

Which of the following is equivalent to the polynomial given below?
Marizza181 [45]

Answer:

(x+(3+\sqrt{11}i)) (x+(3-\sqrt{11}i))

Step-by-step explanation:

The first step to this problem is to look at the key features of the initial expression given to us. Namely, the middle term.

Notice that it is just +6x. This indicates that the square root terms cancel out, meaning that their signs need to be opposite, but the threes need to have the same, positive sign. This indicates that our answer is option C, but you should always double check by multiplying the expression out to confirm. Here are the steps:

(x+(3+\sqrt{11}i)) (x+(3-\sqrt{11}i))

x^{2} +(3+\sqrt{11}i)x+(3-\sqrt{11}i)x+(3+\sqrt{11}i)(3-\sqrt{11}i)x^{2}+3x+\sqrt{11}ix+3x-\sqrt{11}ix+9+3\sqrt{11}i-3\sqrt{11}i-(\sqrt{11})^{2}(i^{2})x^{2}+6x+9-(11)(-1)

x^{2}+6x+9+11

x^{2}+6x+20

Therefore as we suspected, the answer is C.

Diameter of a circle with a circumference of 55 feet rounded to the nearest hundredth
Ket [755]

Answer:

17.51

Step-by-step explanation:

Notes: Circumference= 2 times pi times r

Diameter is double the radius (2r)

How to solve: You just need to divide 55 feet by pi

2(pi)(r)/( pi) = 55/(pi)

2r = 17.51

diameter = 17.51
