Answer:

The fact that only 1% of the top managers of the most important companies in the world are African-American, when the total African-American population in the United States reaches 11% of the population, speaks clearly of a situation of inherent inequality between African Americans and the rest of the ethnic groups that make up the country in terms of access to jobs.

This may be caused by the structural difference in opportunities that these people have compared to white people, due to, among other things, the differences in levels of education and income of their families, which conditions them not to reach a university level at great scale, as can be achieved by members of other ethnic groups such as whites or Asian Americans.

This leads to African Americans, due to the lack of possibilities of being university students, accessing lower-skilled jobs, and therefore cannot obtain the income that allows their children to go to university, creating a chain of disadvantage based in a structural racial inequality that the United States suffers as a nation.

Psychosocial theories of histrionic personality disorder primarily focused on underlying feelings of inadequacy that drive one to seek recognition from others.

A mental health illness known as histrionic personality disorder (HPD) is characterised by a deformed self-image, and an intense need for attention and recognition. People with HPD frequently act out or in an improper way to get attention.

Dramatic, excitable, unpredictable, or explosive are prominent adjectives used to describe certain personality disorders. Particularly, those who suffer from histrionic personality disorder are frequently described as being attractive, endearing, cunning, impetuous, and energetic.

Psychosocial theories focus on the pattern changes in ego development that occur throughout a person's life, including self-understanding, identity formation, social interactions, and worldview. The psychosocial theories contend that continual interactions between people and their social settings are what lead to growth.

Troyanec [42]

Answer:

The correct answer is The study has a problem with the External validity

Explanation:

External validity in research terms is the validity the research has in the outside world or in the applied social reality of the field of study, it is the extent in which the results and conclusions of the study can be applied and generalized to ohter external factors, therefore in this case, when the researchers did the experiment only with motivated volunteers did not take into account that people outside may not have the same motivation, therefore the results may not be the same in the external social reality and thus having problems with the external validity.

WHICH OF THE FOLLOWING ARE EXTERNAL MOTIVATORS FOR ENROLLING IN COLLEGE?
Anarel [89]

Answer:

1. the desire to meet a professors expectations

3. the desire to look good to someone else

Explanation:

External motivators refers to the source of motivation that does not come from within yourself. This include things such as rewards given by others, praises , acknowledgement by others, threats given by others, etc.

Let's examine option 1 and 3 :

'1. the desire to meet a professors expectations'

'3. the desire to look good to someone else'

Both sources of motivation exist because you are seeking acknowledgement from other person beside yourself.

in option 2 on the other hand:

'2. the desire to study so that youll do well in a course'

The desires come from within yourself. You want to improve yourself rather than trying to impress and accepted by others.
