You can unplug it and plug it back in. Only do this as a last resort. Anything you are trying to save will not be saved.

What you can do on the keyboard is that you can press Control-Command-Power. Or Command-Option-Control-Power,Or Command-Shift-Q

Or you can Hold down the power key for 5 sec to 10 sec .

Did you quit safari first then restart your computer?
