100+(34-(4+2)*3)/4

=100+(34-6*3)/4

=100+(34-18)/4

=100+16/4

=116/4

You add the 4+2=6
Then you subtract the 34 so it would be 34-6= 28
Then multiply the 28 by 3
Which =84+ 100= 184 then divide that by 4 which = 46 so 46 would be your answer

Find the area of the blue sector(s). The diameter is 14.
pav-90 [236]

The area of the entire circle is pi*(7)^2, or 49pi.

Due to the 90 degree angle, the area of the larger blue sector is

90

------- * 49 pi = 49/4 units^2

360

The area of the smaller blue sector is

48

------- 49 pi = (2/15)(49 pi) = 98 pi/15 units^2

360

The total area of the blue sectors is the sum of 98 pi/15 and 49 pi/4 (units^2):

59 units^2

Math help again please
vovangra [49]
Hey there! :D

First, find the slope.

m= (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) I'm using points (0,3) and (1,5)

m=(5-3)/(1-0)
m= 2/1
m=2

Now, plug that into point slope. Use point (1,5) m=2

y-y1= m(x-x1)

y-5= 2(x-1)

Distribute.

y-5=2x-2

Add 5 to both sides.

y=2x+3 == equation of the line in slope intercept form. y=mx+b

I hope this helps!
