Triangle angles add to 180 degrees.  Not A, that's 270.  Not B, that's 360.  Not C, that's 150.

Answer:  D. 15°, 30°, 135°

I'll note A and B technically aren't even sets.

Rudik [331]

Answer:

3x^2+14x-2 if you meant f(x)=3x^2+10x and g(x)=4x-2

and I think C was meant to read 3x^2+14x-2

Please correct me if I have mistranslated. Thank you kindly.

Step-by-step explanation:

I kind of wonder if you meant f(x)=3x^2+10x and g(x)=4x-2.

(f+g)(x)=f(x)+g(x)

          =(3x^2+10x)+(4x-2)

          =3x^2+10x+4x-2

          =3x^2+(10x+4x)-2  I paired 10x and 4x together because    they are like terms

         =3x^2+14x-2

If f(x) = 5x, what is f^-1(x)?
Anton [14]

Answer:

Third choice

Step-by-step explanation:

They are asking us to find the inverse of y=5x. To do this you just switch x and y and then remake y the subject of the equation (solve for y.)

y=5x

x=5y (I switch x and y)

x/5=y ( I divided both sides by 5)

Then you just replace y with the f^-1(x) thing

f^-1(x)=x/5

or

f^-1(x)=1/5x

Write a translation rule that maps point d(7 -3) onto point d'(2,5)
creativ13 [48]
We are given D (7, -3) and D'(2, 5).

SAppy the transformation
D'(x,y) → D(x-5, y+8).
Then
x=7 → x=7-5 = 2
y=-3 → y=-3+8 = 5
