So you would do 360/50
simplified you would get 36/5 this simplifies to about 7 and 1/5

so you would need 7 and 1/5 bus or 7.2 bus
but you can't have 1/5 buss so you would need to make the 1/5 into a 1 so
7+1=8
8 busses neede

50x = 360
x is the number of buses
x = 360/50 => 36/5
x = 7.2

Independent Variable: x
Dependent Variable: 360 (or y)
Coefficient: 50 (b/c of 50x)
I don't see a constant term, sorry

Inga divided two identical rectangles into equal parts. She colored one part of each rectangle.
likoan [24]

Answer:

The areas are equal.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the first rectangle be R and

the second rectangle be R'.

Sine R and R' are identical, their lengths are equal and their breadths are equal.

So, if Inga divided each into equal parts, then each part of both rectangles are equal.

Hence, the colored parts of both rectangles are equal.

Use the equation below to find T, if w=85, m= 12, and a=3.
T=w-ma
T = 3,060
X
?
saw5 [17]

Answer:

T = 49

Step-by-step explanation:

T = w - ma

w = 85

m = 12

a = 3

Plug in the corresponding numbers to the corresponding variables:

T = (85) - (12) * (3)

Remember to follow PEMDAS. PEMDAS is the order of operations, and stands for:

Parenthesis

Exponents (& Roots)

Multiplications

Divisions

Additions

Subtractions

First, multiply, then subtract:

T = 85 - (12 * 3)

T = 85 - 36

T = 49

T = 49 is your answer.

X + 5y = 28
- x - 2y = -13
bazaltina [42]

Answer:

x=3

y=5

Step-by-step explanation:

x+5y=28 (i)

-x-2y=-13. (ii)

add equation 2 from equation 1

x+5y=28

-x-2y=-13

3y=15

y=5

put the value of y in equation 1

x+5y=28

x+5*5=28

x+25=28

x=28-25

x=3
