Answer:

She should use the example of "the wave" in stadiums to illustrate the idea of a nerve impulse.

Explanation:

"The wave" in a sport stadium is a good example to explain how a nerve impulse works because it shows how an action potential travels from one point to its destination making changes in the membrane potential that would be the equivalent of people standing up and sitting down to allow the next row to do the same to reach its final destination.

How would a small, uncharged lipid move across the cell membrane?
ElenaW [278]

Answer:

Through simple diffusion, down the concentration gradient.

Explanation:

The phospholipids of the membrane are amphipathic with hydrophillic heads and hydrophobic tails. Other polar molecules cannot go through this hydrophobic interior. Since small uncharged lipids are non polar and hydrohobic, they are able to go through the membrane without the help of transport proteins. Therefore, the last two options can be ruled out because facilitated diffusion includes the use of a protein. Diffusion involves molecules moving down the concentration gradient so the second option can be ruled out.

Which kingdom has 2 kingdoms that are all unicellular?
dalvyx [7]

Answer: Prokaryotes, archaea, protists, fungi, algae.

Explanation:I don’t think there are any single celled organisms that are today classified as animals. So basically I just left the animal kingdom out. Both metazoans and sponges are for the most part multicellular.
