Foods that are high in carbs are typically all types of breads, grains, rice, crackers, cereal. Obviously sugary sweets contain LOTS of carbs like for example soda pop, candy, cake, etc. Including fruits or fruit juice even if they contains vitamins for out body, their still high in carbs.
