Explanation:

Well, for one, the title is literally called 'Sixteen' and at sixteen year old, I hardly think that someone that young would have " a great deal of life experience." you're pretty naive and oblivious to the world around you then.

But, building on that, she clearly states that all she does is read, which can be a really mind opening thing to do on a daily depending on what exactly you read, and listen to the radio and her sisters. There aren't many life experiences you can gain from listening the doing, and to your sisters at that. But to be honest with you, this is only my opinion and the best answer that I can offer to you. hope you get it right.
