Yes, because American media is spread throughout the country. If you think about it, there is something you have probably heard of called Netflix. Now,, movies on Netflix aren't always American movies. There are also Hindi movies, and movies in different languages.
Not to mention, there are also many races of actors. Black, white, brown, all of them form a good movie and they represent their culture in America.
