6w - 17b = w
6w - w = 17b
5w = 17b
(5/17)w = b

(b) if w = 34
(5/17) *34 = b
10 = b

Initially, she had $6w.Later she has $w left.

Writing this as a equation,
6w-17x=w
6w-w=17x
5w=17x

b) Solution:

=10➡Ans 2
So , she bought 10 books in this case.
