Answer:

What are two different things that Ally could do to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere?

1) Control the amount of Deer in the environment.

2) Car reduce the amount of Cars in the environment.

Explanation:

1) The deer feeds on leaves from the trees, which means that aside from the deer breathing out carbon dioxide, the deer also reduces the efficiency of the tree taking in the carbon dioxide because the deer feeds on the leaves.

2) The car emits Carbon monoxide which has more carbon concentration, therefore a reduction of car in the environment is very helpful.

Note that I did not say anything about Fumigation of insects, because they help trees in plant pollination, and this helps the trees they take in the carbon dioxide grow better.

Alik [6]

Answer:

Explanation

The Axon or nerve fibre is a long, thin projection of the neuron or nerve cells that sends signals in the form of electrical impulses from the cell body (soma) to the synaptic terminals. The axons are of two types: myelinated and unmyelinated. The unmyelinated axons lack myelin sheaths which make the transmission of electrical impulses slower while the myelinated axons transmit electrical impulses faster.

The Red-Cockaded Woodpeckers

 • They assemble settles by unearthing pits in old pine trees in the Southeast, which was an incredible transformative system until individuals cleaved down 97 percent of their natural surroundings.
 • Snakes are a portion of their most risky home predators, so the winged animals peck the pine trees' bark to make sap overflow down the tree trunk. The smooth of sap stops winds and protects the nest cavities above.
 • Each pine tree in a backwoods into timber or turpentine, it sets aside a long effort for trees to become large enough to help respectable size home depressions.
 • The tree timberlands these flying creatures advanced in was intermittently gotten out by fire, which is currently typically stifled, prompting woods that are unreasonably thick ridiculous.

What is cotransport? Explain how understanding it is used in our treatment of diarrhea.
qaws [65]

Answer:

In cotransport, a single ATP-powered pump that transports a specific solute drives the active transport of several other solutes. Normally, sodium in waste is reabsorbed in the colon, maintaining constant levels in the body, but diarrhea expels waste so rapidly that re-absorption is not possible, and sodium levels fall precipitously. To treat this life threatening condition, patients are given a solution to drink containing high concentrations of salt and glucose. The solutes are taken up by sodium-glucose cotransporters on the surface of intestinal cells and passed through the cells into the blood. This simple treatment has lowered infant mortality worldwide.
