You can multiply both sides by 2 so you get 8\18. 8\18 is equivalent to 4\9. You can also multiply 4\9 by any other natural number as long you multiply both numbers of the fraction by the same natural number.

you multiply both side for the same number,

4/9 * 2 = 8/18

4/9 * 3 = 12/27

4/9 * 4 = 16/36

S = 8oz

Step-by-step explanation:

8 large equal to 128oz ( 8 x 16 = 128 )

4 medium equal to 48oz ( 4 x 12 = 48

4 large equal to 64oz ( 4 x 16 = 64

12 medium equal to 144oz ( 12 x 12 = 144 )

Total of oz equal 384oz

BRAINLIEST ANSWER!! ASAP<br><br> 3(x+1)+6=-9<br> PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW YOU GOT THE ANSWER
Kryger [21]

Answer:

x=-6

Step-by-step explanation:

use distributive property on the () and times x and 1 by three

then you subtract 6 from both sides

then subtract three from both sides

then divide both sides by 3

your work would look like this:

3(x+1)+6=-9

3x+3+6=-9

3x+3=-15

3x=-18

x=-6

Hope this helps!

Which of the following best describes the solution to the equation below?
kozerog [31]
D)One solution. b=5
Distribute 2 times b plus 2 times 3
2b+6
2b+6+2b=26
Combine like terms 4b+6=26
Subtract 6 from both sides
4b=20
Divide both sides by 4
b=5

Check by substituting 5 for b
2 (5+3)+2(5)=26
2(8) + 2(5)=26
16+10=26
26=26

1. Both are corresponding angles, hence they both are equal, so,

44x + 2 = 45x \\  =  > 2 = 45x - 44x \\  =  > 2 = x \\  =  > x = 2

Ans. C) 2

2. They both are in interior corressponding, hence their sum is equal to 180°, so,

10x + 6 + 104 = 180 \\  =  > 10x + 110 = 180 \\  =  > 10x = 180 - 110 \\  =  > 10x = 70 \\  =  > x =  \frac{70}{10}  \\  =  > x = 7

Ans. D) 7

3. They both are in interior corressponding, hence their sum is equal to 180°, so,

x + 75 + x + 125 = 180 \\  =  > 2x + 200 = 180 \\  =  > 2x = 180 - 200 \\  =  > 2 x =  - 20 \\  =  > x =  \frac{ - 20}{2}  \\  =  >  x =  - 10

Ans. A) -10

4. Both are corresponding angles, hence they both are equal, so,

12x + 3 = 11x + 9 \\  =  > 12x - 11x = 9 - 3 \\  =  > x = 6

Ans. A) 6
