If TV= 74 and WV = 4x+1 Solve for X

Mathematics

As you look at the picture above, you may notice that the WV is half of TV.

To solve for the equation above,

You need to learn first that the TV will be WV (2), because WV is only half of the TV, giving two WV.

After that, you have to write your equation.

Since we need two WV = (4x + 1) + (4x + 1) = 74(TV)

Simplify both WV, will give you = 8x + 2(WV) = 74(TV)

In order to get the x, subtract 2 from 74, finally giving you 8x=72

Divide 8 and 72, in order to obtain your x.

The answer is: X=9

A = 21
C = 15
This means the B = is </span>14.696938456699069 which is rounded to 15. But, this doesn't matter.
As long as we know the hypotenuse and one side we can find out that x is equal to about 45.584691402807024, round this to 46.
46 degrees is the answer.

In your top dresser drawer are 6 blue socks and 10 grey socks, unpaired and mixed up. one dark morning you pull two socks from t
beks73 [17]
We'll use the formula for the classical probability as follows.

P(A) = Number of outcomes favorable for A / Total number of possible outcomes

In this case, two socks are randomly drawn from a set of 6+10 = 16 socks. So the total number of possible outcomes = 16C2 = 120.

The two stocks match each other if they are both blue or grey. So the number of favorable outcomes is 6C2 + 10C2 = 15 + 45 = 60.

Hence the probability that the two stocks match is \frac{60}{120}=0.5.

HELP!! Is –41/2 equivalent to (–4)1/2? Why or why not?
Oliga [24]
No, they are not equivalent. The first term, -4 1/2 equals 4 whole units and one half unit. All negative. So it’s like you have someone 4 and 1/2 dollars.

The second term, (-4)1/2 means multiplying -4 times 1/2. Doing the multiplication for this gives you -4/2. Solving the division here is -2. It’s taking away 1/2 dollar 4 times.

I hope this helped. Happy to answer any questions you have.

The edge of each cube used to build this rectangular prism is 13
kolbaska11 [484]

Answer:

\frac{3}{3} * \frac{2}{3} *\frac{3}{3} =\frac{2}{3} \ in^3

====================================================

Step-by-step explanation:

The question is missing the attached figure.

The edge of each cube used to build this rectangular prism is 1/3 inch long. Based on the attached figure.

the volume of the prism = length × height × width

length = 3 * \frac{1}{3} = \frac{3}{3}

height = 3 * \frac{1}{3} = \frac{3}{3}

width = 2 * \frac{1}{3}= \frac{2}{3}

So the volume of the prism = \frac{3}{3} *\frac{3}{3} *\frac{2}{3} =\frac{2}{3} \  in^{3}

∴ The equation that shows the volume of the prism, in cubic inches

= \frac{3}{3} * \frac{2}{3} *\frac{3}{3} =\frac{2}{3} \ in^3
