Answer: Nixon worked to end "America's longest war"

Explanation:

Even though Nixon's emphasis on his prosperity regarding foreign matters is mentioned in the Washington Post article, there is no mentioning of his labor to end the Vietnam War, which is recognized as "America's longest war". Despite of this, the article includes his words regarding his achievements in the relationship of America with China, the need for peace in mideast, and the goal to destroy nuclear weapons in Russia, among other achievements or objectives.

So,

The sentence is: "Once she left the store, my mother realizes she forgot her purse on the counter."

The phrase "One she left the store" is in the past tense.
In the next phrase, "my mother realizes", the tense shifts to present.
In the final phrase, "she forgot her purse on the counter", the verb tense shifts back to the past tense.

Therefore, option A is correct.

What sentance describes a proms meter
seropon [69]
Well meter is the measurement of rhythm based on syllables and accentuation. Meter is, funnily enough, measured in feet, and every foot is two or three syllables. The names of different meter regarding feet is similar to shapes and their number of sides. For example, a poem where all the lines have three feet or 6/9 syllables is called a trimeter. Accentuation is a bit more complicated but an example of one classification is iambic, which is when the poem can be read consistently by accenting every other syllable, starting with the second. So for a poem that has 6 syllables per line and syllables 2, 4, and 6 are accented, the poem's meter would be classified as an iambic trimeter. That's only one example, you're going to want to look up the other classes of meter but I hope this helped you get introduced to it.
