I guess you mean consonant.
P(choosing a consonant) =  7/11 ( because there are 7 consonants in the 11 letters in 'replacement')
After the first pick there are 3 e's in the 10 letters, so

P( picking an e) = 3/10

These 2 events are independent so the probabilities are multiplied)

P( consonant then an e) = 7/11 * 3/10  = 21/110

Write an equation in slope-intercept form for the line that passes through point (2, -1) and is parallel to the line described y
hammer [34]

Answer:

y=\frac{2}{5}x-5

Step-by-step explanation:

\\y=\frac{2}{3}x-6

the line parallel  to this line is

y=\frac{2}{3}x+k ; k ∈ R

the line passes through the point (2,-1)

so,

-1=\frac{2}{3} (2)+k\\-1=\frac{4}{3} +k\\k=-\frac{7}{3}

∴the line that passes through point (2, -1) and is parallel to the line described y = (2/3)x - 6 is

y=\frac{2}{3}x-\frac{7}{3}
