Verify trig identity. Show steps and give reason for each step. <br><br> (cosx)(tanx)(cscx)=1
yKpoI14uk [10]
Tan(x) = sin(x) / cos(x)
Csc(x) = 1/ sin(x)

You'll see this better if I use latex.

\frac{cos(x)}{1} * \frac{sin(x)}{cos(x)} *  \frac{1}{sin(x)}

Now just cancel numerators with denominations. They all disappear. The cancelations leave 1 on both the numerator and denominator.

The height in inches (h) of a tomato plant growing in a garden is given by the equation h=2t+3, where t represents time in days.
Klio2033 [76]
<span>since h=2t+3 i.e. at h=13 we find 13= 2t+3
 i.e. 13-3= 2t
10=2t i.e. t=10/2
 i.e. t=5 days
similarly at h=27
we find 27= 2t+3
 i.e. 27-3= 2t
24=2t i.e.
t=24/2 i.e.
t=12 days
hence in 5 and 12 days the height of the tomato plant will be between 13 and 27 inches respectively.</span>

Olegator [25]
Step 1
(((((3•(a2))•b)+5ab)-4ab)+(a•(b2)))+(23a2•b)

step 2

((((3a2 • b) + 5ab) - 4ab) + ab2) + 23a2b

step 3

Pull out like factors :

11a2b + ab2 + ab = ab • (11a + b + 1)

step 4:ans

ab • (11a + b + 1)
