I would recommend an exercise that put more focus on flexibility such as yoga.

- Ayanna does not have much time to exercise  since she has to take care of her children, mother, and her own job. So long cardio session is an unlikely option.

- Ayanna's main purpose for the exercise is to reduce her stress level and improve her memory and thinking. Not a strong/muscular body. So we can safely eliminate the use of weight and high intensity exercise.

Yoga is a perfect a perfect exercise for Ayanna. It can typically be done within 15-20 minute. During the process, many Yoga teacher will tell you how to incorporate meditation during the exercise. This will help her reduce her stress and improve her memory/thinking
